Privacy Policy

Your data, handled with care.

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This page is maintained by Blue Strategy & Creative Intl (the "Strategy Partner" and operator of this site) to explain how the High-Profile Built Leadership Forum (the "Forum") handles personal information. It is provided for informational purposes and is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

This website is operated on behalf of the High-Profile Built Leadership Forum by Blue Strategy & Creative Intl. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact us at admin@blueintl.com. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Blue Strategy & Creative Intl acts as the data controller for information submitted through this site.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Name, company, role, email, phone, and any message content you submit through invitation, sponsor, agenda, or recommendation forms.
  • Account information. If you sign in, your authenticated email address and session identifiers.
  • Usage & device information. IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and interactions with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
  • Marketing engagement. If we later contact you, aggregate data such as opens and clicks on our messages.

3. How we use information

  • To review and respond to invitation, sponsor, agenda, and recommendation submissions.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site and Forum experience.
  • To send Forum-related updates you have requested or that are necessary for your participation.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Legal bases (GDPR / UK-GDPR)

Where GDPR or UK-GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
  • Consent — for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
  • Contract — to process registrations and deliver the Forum to attendees and sponsors.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and analyze the site, and to communicate with prospective participants where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.

5. Sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under written terms, including:
  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and form submission storage.
  • Google Analytics — aggregate site analytics and audience measurement.
  • HubSpot — contact management and event-related communications.

We may also share information with our media partner High-Profile where necessary to deliver participation you have specifically requested, and with legal, accounting, or professional advisors where required.

6. Cookies & similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site (e.g., authentication and session state) and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies through Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

7. International transfers

Our subprocessors, including Lovable Cloud, Google, and HubSpot, may process data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA/UK. Where required, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, together with supplementary safeguards implemented by those providers.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Form submissions related to a specific Forum edition are typically retained for the duration of that edition plus a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are archived or deleted.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, and in particular under GDPR and UK-GDPR, you have the right to:
  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@blueintl.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. US privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California) may have additional rights, such as the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined. Requests can be sent to the address above.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
